Gardyne Theatre is proscenium style with 369 seats and 4 spaces for wheelchairs. The raked seating and flat stage allow for a great view from any seat. The Theatre is equipped with its own lighting and sound, as well as flying system, and has the ability for visiting companies to put up their own equipment. Backstage is all on one level, from the dock door to the stage, allowing an easier get-in. The venue has 7 dressing rooms and 2 rehearsal studios, enabling large ensemble casts to enjoy their time at Gardyne Theatre.
